RICHARD HEYWOOD "DICK" KING, 86, of Medford, Ore., formerly of Hawai'i, died Oct. 1, 2003. Raised in Maryland. A pioneer in the establishment of interisland air transportation in Hawai'i; also a travel industry executive, including with Trans Air Hawaii air cargo company, TPA, Pacific Far East Line, Matson Navigation Co., Aloha Airlines and American Express. Survived by wife, Winifred Ouderkirk; daughters, Karen Hutchinson, Jan Kunert and Codie; sons, Woody, Randy and Jeff; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Burial was at Oahu Cemetery.
