Tonight's Must-See

"Third Watch" season finale, 9 p.m., NBC. Gene Simmons, the Kiss rocker, has heavy-villain duty here. His character's son was killed in a high-speed chase with Cruz (Tia Texada) and Bosco (Jason Wiles) in pursuit. Now the dad wants to kill both and anyone else involved.

"The Jimmy/Timmy Power Hour," 5 p.m., Nickelodeon. Two shows with wildly different styles — "The Fairly OddParents," a traditional cartoon, and "The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius," a computer-animated show — blend.

Of Note

"Live By Request," 3, 6, 10 p.m., A&E. In 1980 and '81, Blondie hit No. 1 on Billboard charts with "Heart of Glass," "Call Me," "The Tide is High" and "Rapture." Now the band does this special, taking requests by phone or Internet.
