All human beings have one thing in common — a need to feel important. Everyone craves to be looked up to, to be somebody. None of us enjoys being treated like

a push button or payroll number. If you have people working under you, build your workers' self-esteem by letting them know how much you appreciate their help. Treat them as human beings.
