This handsome bearded Collie mix just received a makeover during Be Kind to Animals Week. Kaipo was groomed by Billy Kamai and dressed in this outfit by Cocojor Hawaii. A laid-back male, Kaipo enjoys the company of humans and other dogs.

Mitzy is an adult domestic shorthair. She was found April 28 and remains unclaimed at the humane society. If you have lost this gray and tan tiger cat with a notched left ear, please visit the shelter to claim her.
These animals already may have found new homes. The Hawaiian Humane Society and McInerny Dog Park at 2700 Wai'alae Ave. are open noon to 8 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends.
