Tonight's Must-See

"Frasier" finale, 7:54 p.m., NBC; preceded by clips at 7. "Frasier" needs a doublewide episode — plus six extra minutes — to wrap things up. Give it all the time it wants. At its peak, "Frasier" was the best show on TV, winner of a record 31 Emmys, including four straight for best comedy. After slumping for a few years, it brought back some of its original producers and has made this final season terrific. As the finale starts, Martin has flubbed the plans for his wedding with Ronee (Wendi Malick). Now his fussy sons, Frasier and Niles, take over as wedding planners.

Complications pile up because Daphne and Niles are expecting their baby. Two of her brothers — Michael (Robbie Coltrane) and the low-life Simon (Anthony LaPaglia in an about face from his "Without a Trace" role) arrive from England. Meanwhile, Frasier is supposed to say farewell to Charlotte (Laura Linney), the best chance he's ever had to find happiness. She's leaving for Chicago and he's staying here — unless, of course, "Frasier" has a final surprise.

Of Note

"Survivor: More With the All-Stars," 7 p.m., CBS. In the aftermath of Sunday's finale Jeff Probst interviews the contestants. Another million bucks is given away to one of the 18 contestants voted on by viewers as their favorite all-star.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. Kovac tries to help a motorist and her son but soon faces a disaster. Also in this season finale, Neela prepares to leave for her internship, Chen has suspicious bruises and Sam decides to do something about the misbehavior of her son's father.

"Without a Trace," 9 p.m., CBS. After seeing Anthony LaPaglia do comedy in "Frasier," viewers can switch over and see him tackle two dead-serious stories. In one, he tells the team he's leaving. In another, they meet a teen who discovers she may have been kidnapped long ago.
