600 at HPU, 400 at BYUH to get degrees

Hawai'i Pacific University will hold spring commencement exercises Wednesday at the Waikiki Shell, with doors opening at 5 p.m. for ticket holders and the ceremony beginning at 6:30 p.m.
More than 600 students will receive undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Meanwhile, Brigham Young University Hawai'i will hold its spring commencement exercises June 19 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Cannon Activities Center on the Lai'e campus. The school will graduate approximately 400 students with undergraduate degrees.
