Tonight's Must-See
Daytime Emmy Awards, 8 p.m., NBC. This show tends to have flash, fun and interesting people. Nominees range from Martha Stewart to (as cartoon voices) Walter Cronkite and the late John Ritter. There's no Susan Lucci nomination this year. The biggest soap names are Anthony Geary, Eric Braedon and Kim Zimmer, the three-time winner who is Reva Shayne Lewis Spaulding Lewis Cooper Lewis on "Guiding Light." The new "Ellen" (DeGeneres) show has 12 nominations.
Of Note
"Legally Blonde" (2001), 7 p.m., Fox. This paper-thin plot has a silly, boy-crazy coed going to Harvard Law School. This works because Reese Witherspoon gives the character buoyant joy.
"Joan of Arcadia," 7 p.m., CBS. This series wraps up its excellent first season with Joan having some doubts about God.
"JAG," 8 p.m., CBS. The season ends with unhappy news for both Harm and Mac.
