REX RAYMOND ELLIOTT, 86, of Grants Pass, Ore. died March 26, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Civilian technician at the Navy Radar Lab at Pearl Harbor during World War II. Industrial engineer with Ewa Sugar Plantation. Co-author of "Hawaiian Bottles of Long Ago." Survived by wife, Jacqueline; daughters, Judith Mulsoff, Lynn Kelly and Sidney Copson; son, Bryce; nine grandchildren. Private service held.

JUSTICIA VICTORIA HALL, 20-month-old infant, of Waipahu and American Samoa, died May 22, 2004. Born in American Samoa.
