Hawai'i Glass Artists (formerly Hot Glass Hui) calls for glass works created by Hawai'i residents for an open show to run June 8 through July 3. Up to three entries, in blown, cast, fused, stained and lampwork glass, may be submitted with a $12 entry fee per work, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on June 6, The ARTS at Marks Garage. The Japan/Hawaii Cultural Art Exchange Program will accept oil and water color painting, prints, ceramics and sculptures for the 2nd annual exchange exhibition scheduled for Oct. 17-22 at the Blaisdell Center. State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, Art is Public Places is soliciting new two-dimensional works (at least 30 by 40 inches) from artists residing in Hawai'i on the theme "Reflecting Hawai'i."
