• Bank of Hawaii Guam District Manager ROBERT "BOB" D. YEE will return to Hawai'i as manager of the new BOH International Banking Division, formed earlier this year by combining the former International Private Banking Division and the Japan Marketing Group. Since joining BOH in 1987, Yee has held several positions, including vice president and country manager for the Republic of Palau. Replacing Yee in Guam will be ANTONITA "NETTE" S. CAMACHO, vice presidentiWest Pacific service and support. Her responsibilities include operations in Saipan and Palau.

• Marriott International, which was awarded management of Maui's Kapalua Bay Hotel earlier this month — and which reflagged it as a Marriott branded Renaissance Resort, named STEVE GLEN as its general manager. Glen will oversee hotel owner/management relations, hotel operations and 300 employees at the 210-room luxury resort hotel. He was most recently director of operations at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in California, and previously was Hong Kong-based vice president of operations, Asia-Pacific, for Marriott International.

• Janice Kekoa has been promoted from traffic manager to publication systems director at PacificBasin Communications, publishers of Honolulu Magazine and Hawaii Business. In the new position, she will retain oversight of the traffic department and front office, while managing the administrative systems for production and sales. Kekoa is a former marketing manager at Hawaii Sports Network, a sister firm of PacificBasin's parent company, aio.

• Tim Johns, chief operating officer of the Damon Estate and former chairman of the state Department of Land and Natural Resources, is one of three business leaders named to the St. Andrew's Priory School for Girls board of trustees. The other two, each appointed to three-year terms, are ANDY KLUGER, board chairman and chief executive officer of Hawaii Air Ambulance Inc., and PATTY FOLEY, corporate director of Outrigger Hotels and Resorts' human resources department.

• Group 70 International — the firm known for its urban design of the city of Kapolei, Mauna Kea Science Reserve Master Plan, The Lodge at Ko'ele, Victoria Ward Entertainment Center and Hanauma Bay Visitor Center — has promoted architect TOM YOUNG to associate. Young is the project team leader for the massive U.S. Army multiyear housing privatization projects.

The firm has also hired KIM POLKINHORN as a project architect.

• Irene Masterson, a 16-year veteran of accounting, fiscal management, public administration and human services and Kapi'olani Community College accounting teacher, has been named division controller of Outrigger Hotels & Resorts' Condominium Collection. The division includes 11 deluxe condo and three time-share operations in Outrigger resorts statewide.

• Brenda Burner — who holds cruise specialist designations with Princess, Norwegian, Holland America and Cunard cruise lines — has been named cruise supervisor for Panda Travel. The 20-year travel industry veteran also earned her associated cruise counselor certification by the Cruise Line International Association, trade organization of the North American cruise industry.
