ABC Of Note
"Enterprise," 4 p.m., KIKU (UPN). Last week, viewers met Soong, an ancestor of the scientist who created Data from "Star Trek: The Next Generation." (All three roles are played by Brent Spiner.) Tonight, in the second of three parts, Soong's world is crumbling. The augmented humans he created are turning bad. Get the latest news at 5, 6 and 10 from Howard Dashefsky and Jodi Leong, plus up-to-the-minute weather from Sharie Shima. "Inside Dish" debut, 7 p.m., Food Channel. Rachael Ray is charming on "30 Minute Meals" and on "$40 a Day." Once a guest is added, however, she's out of control. The opener's guest is Dennis Franz ("NYPD Blue"), making a meal with his daughter, a culinary-school student. Ray tries to interview him at the same time, but she keeps interrupting, injecting and getting in the way.
"JAG," 8 p.m., CBS. Mac and Harm are in Iraq for a court-martial. "Third Watch," 8 p.m., NBC. Last week, Finney's dad (Charles Haid) arrested Cruz (Tia Texada) for killing a drug dealer. Now Cruz is in jail and Yokas (Molly Price) who doesn't want to say what happened is questioned. "Hope & Faith," 8 p.m., ABC. Robert Wagner returns as the sisters' father. This time, Jaclyn Smith also visits. She plays his girlfriend.
"8 Simple Rules" and "Complete Savages," 7 and 7:30 p.m., ABC. It's a double night for likable young Kaley Cuoco. On "8 Simple Rules," she has her usual duty as Bridget, the hot teenager. This time she's in an uneasy triangle: She likes a guy (the tennis coach) who likes her mom. On "Complete Savages," she would be a great girlfriend for Sam except she's always on her cell phone. The episode was scheduled for two weeks ago, then replaced by an episode that included Mel Gibson, the show's producer.
Kaley Cuoco, left, who plays Bridget on "8 Simple Rules," will guest star on "Complete Savages" where she plays Sam's cell-phone obsessed girlfriend.
"Joan of Arcadia," 7 p.m., CBS. God wants Joan to make a record of her high school life on videotape.
