Two men sought in Waikiki fatality

Honolulu police are looking for two men in connection with a fatal assault on a 49-year-old man last month near Duke's Lane on Kuhio Avenue.

The victim and his friend were approached on Oct. 26 by the two suspects at about 9 p.m. and got into an argument. One of the assailants punched the victim, who fell to the ground unconscious. The two men then walked kokohead on Kuhio Avenue.

The victim died four days later.

Police described the attacker as being in his 20s, 6 feet tall, with a medium build, short dark hair and a dark complexion. His companion was described as in his 20s, 6 feet tall, with a medium build, short dark hair and dark complexion.
