JACK "DADDY JACK" LIBERT BURGE, 78, of Mililani, died Nov. 7, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired Pearl Harbor electrician who formed the singing group, Keoni Keaka Akau. MICHAEL SEBASTIAN FOSTER, 71, of Pago Pago, American Samoa, died Nov. 17, 2004. Born in Pago Pago. A mechanic retired from PRI.
