JACK "DADDY JACK" LIBERT BURGE, 78, of Mililani, died Nov. 7, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired Pearl Harbor electrician who formed the singing group, Keoni Keaka Akau. Survived by brother, Homer; sisters, Shirley Stanley and Martha Stamm; daughter, Lei-Aleda DePonte; stepdaughter, Celeste Rezantes; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. MICHAEL SEBASTIAN FOSTER, 71, of Pago Pago, American Samoa, died Nov. 17, 2004. Born in Pago Pago. A mechanic retired from PRI.
