Tonight's Must-See

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Mismatched families collide. Debra's parents (Robert Culp and Katherine Helmond) are prosperous and divorced. Amy's (Fred Willard and Georgia Engel) are basic and conservative. Thanksgiving will be the first time they meet.

Of Note

"Fear Factor," 7 p.m., NBC. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the producers give contestants such choices as maggoty mashed potatoes and sheep brain pie. That's part of an episode expanded to four stunts and 90 minutes.

"Still Standing," 7 p.m., CBS. Brian considers breaking up with his girlfriend and making a move on her best friend.

"The 100 Greatest TV Characters," 7 p.m., Bravo. This starts a five-nighter, peaking Friday. Tonight, we start with No. 100 and get to No. 81.

"Listen Up," 7:30 p.m., CBS. Tony (Jason Alexander) is calling Bernie (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) a mama's boy. Now his mama (Marla Gibbs) is coming for dinner.

"Two and a Half Men," 8:30 p.m., CBS. Last season, Denise Richards played the ex-girlfriend of Charlie (Charlie Sheen, her real-life husband). Her character is back, divorced and toting a baby — a brief acting debut for their real-life baby. Naturally, Charlie pretends to like kids.

"The $25 Million Hoax," 8:50 p.m., NBC. Here's the finale for this cruel reality show. A sweet-seeming young woman has told her family she won millions and won't share any of it. Tonight she reveals the trick.

"CSI: Miami," 9 p.m., CBS. Six bodies have washed ashore. Modern pirates may be to blame.

"Life of Luxury," 12:36 a.m. (delayed by "Monday Night Football"), ABC. See how rich people party and what big-ticket properties they rent; also, ogle Patti LaBelle's jewelry.
