LOGAN, Utah — With its undefeated record on the line, it took the University of Hawaii women's volleyball team five games to beat unranked Utah State today.

The Rainbow Wahine, ranked No. 1 in the USA Today/CSTV Top 25 Coaches Poll, lost the first two games 16-30, 26-30 before rallying to claim the final three 30-20, 30-21, 15-12.

Alicia Arnott had 20 kills to lead Hawaii (27-0), while teammate Susie Boogaard added 12.

Carolyn Forbush was high for Utah State (9-18) with 18 kills. Ingrid Roth had 11.

Hawaii completes its regular-season schedule tomorrow at No. 19 Utah.

As the Western Athletic Conference Tournament champions, the Rainbow Wahine earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. On Sunday, they will find out what school they will play.
