• Government: City, state and federal offices closed.
• Mail: All post offices closed; no regular residential or business delivery or pickup; no pickup from (blue) collection boxes.
• Libraries: Closed
• TheBus: Sunday schedule. Call: 848-5555 or visit thebus.org.
• Handi-Van: Operating
• On-street parking: Free, except for Kalakaua Avenue metered stalls along Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway zone parking as permitted by sign; municipal lots must be fed.
• Traffic: No coning
• Trash: Regular pickup
• Landfills: Open
• Open markets: Closed
• Attractions: City golf courses, Honolulu Zoo and botanical gardens, open.
