Retired U.S. Army staff sergeant; retired watch commander with Kentron Inc. and Barbers Point Security; and a professional musician. Survived by wife, Lorna "Nani"; son, Frank Jr.; two grandchildren. BEATRIZ "BATIS" MANZANO CABICO, 86, of Waipahu, died Nov. 1, 2004. Born in Nagbukel, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Member of Nagbukel Narvacan Association.
