Noe Lum proudly shows off her first papio. The 7-year-old, who lives in Kaimuki, was fishing off the reefs at Kane'ohe Bay with her father, Matt Lum. Noe needed a bit of help from her dad to bring in the 2 1/2 -pound fish, and is looking forward to her next fishing trip. "It was so exciting," Noe said. "I can't wait until I catch another one." Noe gets out fishing often in the summer, says Matt. "In the summer, we've been going. She's got really good sea legs."
