Weekly Thoughts
Spend 10 minutes every morning reminding yourself of all the things you ought to be glad about. Shut out every other thought. At first you may not be able to think of many things, especially if you wake up with a grouchy feeling. But after a little practice, you will be surprised to find there are hundreds of things to be glad about.
