Kahuku stays unbeaten in OIA East, 67-21

Micah Strickland had 14 rushes for 305 yards and three touchdowns to help lead top-ranked Kahuku to a 67-21 victory over Roosevelt last night at Kahuku in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association football game.
Kahuku is 6-1 overall, 5-0 in the OIA Eastern Division. Roosevelt 2-5 and 2-3.
Strickland scored on an 85-yard run in the second quarter, a 40-yard run in the third quarter, and a 28-yard run in the fourth quarter.
Spencer Hafoka had eight catches for 172 yards and two touchdowns.

Chris Quiocho rushed for 105 yards and an 8-yard touchdown and returned a kickoff 95 yards for another score for the host Tigers in an OIA East game. McKinley quarterback Tilton Kaluna completed 18 of 26 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown.
