Event promotes energy awareness
The crazy antics of four "mad scientists" and musical stylings by Na Hoku Hanohano winners Na Palapalai will be among the offerings at Live Energy Lite, a free event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Ala Moana Center. The celebration is part of the state's observance of national Energy Awareness Month, sponsored by the center and Hawaiian Electric Co. There'll be games and exhibits at Centerstage; entertainment by Ho'onu'a and The Next Generation; and in-store activities. Details: 543-7511.
