DR. GUY S. HAYWOOD, 89, of Kula, Maui, died Oct. 2, 2004. Born in Upper Strasburg, Pa. A captain in the Army Medical Corp. during World War II. Worked as a plantation doctor/surgeon for Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co.; one of the founding doctors of the Maui Clinic in Kahului.
