Watumull adds Kapolei parcels

Watumull Properties Corp. has expanded its ownership of industrial property in Kapolei, buying two 1-acre parcels at Kapolei Business Park from a Campbell Estate subsidiary.
A purchase price was not disclosed. Watumull Properties said it will hold the lots for future development. Earlier this year the local real estate investment firm bought the former Mutual Welding facility on 12 acres at Campbell Industrial Park.
Aquaculture sales in Hawai'i rose 10 percent to $27.7 million last year, according to figures released this week by the Hawaii Agricultural Statistics Service. Sales of shellfish and algae rose, while finfish sales fell.
Hawai'i County continued to lead the state with sales of $19.6 million. O'ahu generated $4.7 million in aquaculture sales.
