CHAD "BOZO" ANDRADE, 31, of Honolulu, died Oct. 12, 2004. Born in Kailua. A Halawa Correctional Facility officer. Survived by wife, Brie; daughters, Sienna and Taylor-Ann; parents, Baldwin and May; brother, Bobby; sister, Chasity. Visitation 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary; service 11 a.m.; burial 2:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.

WANDA GRANT BRENNER, 76, of Waikoloa, Hawai'i, died Oct. 4, 2004. Born in Eugene, Ore. Co-owner of Pex Jewelry Store at the former Kona Hilton Hotel. ALFRED COSTA, 86, of Long Beach, Calif., died Sept. 7, 2004. Born in Kekaha, Kaua'i. A Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard machinist during World War II. ISAAC "IKE BOY" CRAWFORD JR., 27, of Honolulu, died Oct. 3, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Survived by son, Kapono Crawford-Tuzon; father, Isaac Sr.; hanai brother, William; sisters, Lisa and Liza; hanai sisters, Michelle, Lashan and Shawna. CARL MATTHEW DUGHI, 79, of Portland, Ore., formerly of Honolulu, died Sept. 9, 2004. Born in Tampa, Fla. Retired professor of accounting and business department chair at Kapi'olani Community College. Survived by wife, Carolyn; daughters, Mikal Ritchie, Coco Dughi and Catherine Walters; son, Chad; two granddaughters; three grandsons. Service 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 147 NW 19th St., Portland; military honors 1:30 p.m. at Willamette National Cemetery. No flowers. SAMUEL NOBUICH HIGA, 87, of Covina, Calif., died Oct. 9, 2004. Born in Hilo, Hawai'i. Survived by wife, Yasuko; children, George, Jean Thornton, Shirley Pike and Ronald; eight grandchildren; brothers, James, Stanley and Ken; sister, Lorraine Nakamaejo. Service held. Arrangements by Fukui Mortuary.

The Rev. SIDNEY JAMES HORMELL, 69, formerly of Hawai'i, died Aug. 21, 2004. Born in St. Louis. Formerly with University of Hawai'i; chairman of the Broadcast Commission; board member, Hawaii Council of Churches; producer and host of NBC affiliate "Celebration of Life" television show; and pastor of Waiokeola Congregational Church, 1976 to 1990. Survived by wife, Judy; son, Eric; daughter Erin. Service 4 p.m. next Saturday at Waiokeola Congregational Church.

BRIAN LLOYD KAAPANA, 58, of Honolulu, died Sept. 30, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Survived by nephew, Brian Horne. Service 10 a.m. Wednesday at Central Union Church. Arrangements by Mililani Downtown Mortuary.

BENJAMIN TAKEO KAWAUCHI, 95, of 'Aiea, died Oct. 7, 2004. Born in Pepe'ekeo, Hawai'i. A retired chief engineer for California and Hawaii Refining Co.
