Walk-in voting ends today

Today is the last day for early voting, also known as absentee walk-in voting, for those who can't make it to the polls for the General Election on Tuesday. All registered voters are eligible to vote absentee. Voters should bring a picture identification.

Absentee voting sites on O'ahu are Honolulu Hale (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.); Pearlridge Satellite City Hall (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.); Kapolei Hale (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and Windward Mall, next to Sears (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

On Kaua'i, go to the Historic County Building (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.); on Maui, the Office of the County Clerk (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.); on Moloka'i, the Mitchell Pauole Center (8 a.m. to noon); and on the Big Island, the Hawai'i County Building (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
