Dish's proceeds to go to breast-cancer group
The Japanese restaurant chain specializes in offbeat teppan-yaki cuisine, and its signature dish is Renkon Cheese Yaki, right, lotus root grilled with cheese ($8.50). Owner Isamu Kubota is decorating each plate of Renkon Cheese Yaki with a pink ribbon to call attention to the foundation.
