Basketball

Sept. 12—Registration date for free basketball clinic. Call between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Clinic begins Sept. 19 and runs to the Sept. 26, for a total of eight sessions. For ages 6 to 13, maximum 20 players per age group. Registration is free; call the Hawai'i Basketball Association at 531-5986 or e-mail dacoach@verizon.net.

Fitness

Sept 19—Girls Can Jump Too! For girls 13 and older, designed to help prevent knee injuries through education, jumping techniques and strength exercises. Nu'uanu YMCA from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Information: Kris Yahiku at 551-8169.

Racquetball

Sept. 17—Entry deadline for 2004 Honolulu Club Pineapple Open Racquetball Tournament. Tournament is Sept. 23 to 26. Information: Scott at 543-3974.
