Hawaii Tokai International College invites Hawai'i residents, 60 years and older, to submit work done on postcards for the 16th Shizuoka Friendship Postcard Art Competition. Prizes awarded including a grand prize trip for tow to attend the awards ceremony in Shizuoka, Japan, in December. Entry form and information at 983-4121. Hawai'i Craftsmen call for works in clay, fiber, metal, wood, glass and mixed media for the 37th annual statewide juried exhibition scheduled for Oct. 9-31.
