FREDERICK "JUNY" "BOOGIE" BISCO, 69, of Waipahu, died Aug. 26, 2004. Born in Kahuku. A retired industrial hygiene technician for Occupational Safety & Health Administration. URBAN CASTRO, 90, of Kaumana, Hawai'i, died Sept. 9, 2004. Born in Hilo, Hawai'i. Retired Hilo Hospital maintenance worker. DR. HON CHONG CHANG, 92, of Honolulu, died Aug. 27, 2004. Born on Kaua'i. A retired radiology doctor in private practice and for Kuakini Medical Center, Maluhia Hospital and Leahi Hospital; retired member of the American College of Radiology and Radiological Society of North America.
