We are making changes to our production schedule. These changes will affect the deadline and daily posting time for our news site.

The focus of our Web site will continue to be local news and information, and shifting the production schedule will enable us to better expand the content beyond the news stories.

We will concentrate on bringing you more of our site's popular features, such as photo galleries and online polls, and still deliver The Advertiser's full coverage of Hawai'i's news. The goal is to enhance the overall experience for you.

The new deadline means our newspaper's daily sections are projected to be available online at 6 a.m. Around the clock, we aim to keep you informed about what's going on in our Islands, and we will continually post breaking news and updates throughout the day and evening.

We understand that many of our readers have grown used to checking our site in the early morning hours, and we apologize for any inconvenience these changes will bring.

As Hawai'i's newspaper online, we strive to be the state's premier Web site for local news and information, and we look forward to continue to serve you our best every day.
