Dods will join Maui Pine board

Walter Dods, chairman and CEO of BancWest Corp., will join the board of Maui Land & Pineapple Co., taking the place of Randy Moore, who resigned last month.

Maui Land & Pine also hired Adam Green, an investment banker, as vice president for corporate development. Green, who has worked for Salomon Brothers, specializes in analyzing and valuing companies, negotiating and structuring complex transactions and executing capital formation strategies, the company said.

The company also said Fred Rickert has been promoted to chief financial officer. Rickert has been with Maui Land & Pine since April and was most recently the acting CFO.
