Weekly Thoughts
A news story once told of an expedition by seven people on a small schooner to set up a new life on a tiny island. They said they wanted to "get away from it all" and do nothing more strenuous than picking up seashells. Happiness does not come from running away from events or from yourself. We are happy when we face life as it is, honestly and courageously.
Thoughts by the late Rev. Paul Osumi are selected weekly by his family.
