Eva Padero Bisarra, daughter of Samuel and Emilia Bisarra of Lihu'e, Kaua'i, and Steven Maurice Owsley, son of Sheila Owsley of Chicago, were married Aug. 14 at the Princeville Resort on Kaua'i, where the reception followed. The bride (1994 Kaua'i High/1997 Chaminade University bachelor's/2000 University of Houston master's), now Eva Bisarra Owsley, is a federal investigator. The groom (1992 Chicago Vocation High/2003 Hawai'i Pacific University associate) is a transportation analyst and student at the University of Phoenix. The couple lives in Atlanta.

Brandi Anne Ingrum and Randall Donald Yee were married Aug. 20 at Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden. The reception followed in Kane'ohe. The bride, formerly of Gunnison, Colo., now Brandi Anne Yee, is a supermarket manager. The groom is a commercial fisherman and business owner. The couple live in Kane'ohe with the bride's children, Sydni Noel Kobayashi, 12; Hannah Midorieve Kobayashi, 10; and the couple's child, Hope Cia'ran Yee, 5 months.
