Advertiser Staff

University of Hawai'i junior forward Natasha Kai earned her second Western Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week honor this season after leading the Rainbow Wahine soccer team to two wins on the road over the weekend.

Kai scored two goals and added an assist as Hawai'i defeated New Mexico, 1-0, and Gonzaga, 3-0, in the Montana Fall Classic, helping to improve Hawai'i's road record to 5-0 this season.

She has a conference leading seven goals on the season. Her weekend catapulted her into third in the WAC's all-time list for goals (52) and shots (260) and fourth in points (115).

The Rainbow Wahine conclude their road trip against Brigham Young today, before heading home to begin their WAC season against Rice and Tulsa this weekend.
