Survived by sons, Prudencio, Loreto, Pedro and Marcelo; daughters, Evelina Pascua and Shanette Castillo; brothers, Fortunato and Pedro; sister, Feliza Caberto; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the ILWU Union Hall on Lana'i; service 7 p.m.; overnight vigil. JOAN BALLENTYNE FRANKLIN, 74, of Dallas, Texas, died April 11, 2005. Born in Honolulu. Punahou alumna who belonged to Daughters of Hawaii and the Junior League. SEITOKU HANASHIRO, 90, of Honolulu, died April 7, 2005. Born in Kohala, Hawai'i. Former U.S. Army military vehicle mechanic. Member of the 100th Battalion Infantry, 442nd Regimental Combat Team.
