Rites Saturday for Kevin Wessel

Services have been set for KEVIN SCOTT KANANI WESSEL, the 20-year-old Army soldier, born and raised in Honolulu, who died April 19, 2005 in Baghdad. He was assigned to A Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga. He also was an active member of The Sea Cadets, Boy Scouts Troop 181, Coast Guard Auxiliary and Civil Air Patrol. Survived by parents, Paul and Lori; brothers, Jason and Greg; grandparents, Larrison and Dorothy Ozaki, and Elizabeth. Visitation 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Baptist Church; service 4 p.m. Arrangements by Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary.
