"Hell's Kitchen" finale, 7 p.m., Fox. After nine sometimes brutal weeks, we're ready for the big finish. Two finalists compete. The winner gets his own restaurant. Yes, "his." Jessica was eliminated last week. After the final three celebrated with champagne, they were awakened and told to get back in the kitchen. She had trouble bouncing back. One finalist tonight is Ralph, 36. He's already been in the restaurant business for 15 years. The other is Michael, 27, a tattooed executive chef from Colorado. He was 16 when he decided to become a chef. Tonight, each is fully in charge of a kitchen, with the rejects working for them.

OF NOTE

"Beach Girls," 4 p.m., Lifetime. If you missed Sunday's opener of this five-weekminiseries, here's a second chance. A teen (Chelsea Hobbs), visiting the summer spot her late mother loved, bonds with a reclusive artist (Julia Ormond) who was her mom's friend.

"The Closer," 6 p.m., TNT. A string of hate crimes leads to the death of a gay man. Meanwhile, Brenda attracts Fritz and an odd morgue attendant.

"The Sixth Sense" (1999), 7 p.m., ABC. If you haven't seen M. Night Shyamalan's masterful ghost film, catch it now. Just be careful not to discuss it with anyone first. The brilliant story needs to be viewed with no advance knowledge. Bruce Willis stars as a child psychologist, working with a boy (Haley Joel Osment) who sees dead people.

"King of Queens," 7 p.m., CBS. Carrie gets some key information about the night she knew she wanted to marry Doug.

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 7:30 p.m., CBS. Here's a darkly brilliant episode. Ray notices that Debra has passionate sex with him when she's mad at his mother. He promp-tly prolongs their feud.

"Medium," 9 p.m., NBC. Sick with a cold, Allison sinks into reruns of "I Married a Mind Reader." That comedy ended when the show's husband was convicted of killing the wife.
