The Hawai'i Community Development Authority will present an update of its draft Kalaeloa master plan tonight at Kapolei Middle School cafeteria, 91-5335 Kapolei Parkway.

The informational meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. is open to the public.

The draft plan addresses a phased, long-term development strategy for the 'Ewa region.

HCDA is the state agency responsible for planning and development of Kalaeloa.

The former 3,700-acre Barbers Point Naval Air Station was closed six years ago and much of the land turned over to the state and county.
