Survived by wife, Priscilla "Pat"; son, David "Kawika" Jr.; daughters, Nadine and Devera "Kanani"; sisters, Octavia Chung and Hattie Ahuna; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. PAULINE COOLEY, 75, of Kihei, Maui, died July 30, 2005. Born in Edmonton, Canada. A music teacher.
