Tonight, she's been framed and arrested for selling false IDs. While investigating, she comes across a secret society at school.
"Monk," 10 p.m., USA Network. In the popular movie "Sideways," a California wine-tasting tour was a pleasant and life-changing experience. For Monk, alas, it's closer to a life-ending experience.
