TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"I Want to be a Hilton" finale, 8 p.m., NBC. Last week, Jackaay, a landscape-supply company clerk from Justice, Ill., faced elimination alongside JW, a construction worker and football player from Byram, Miss. He went. That put her in tonight's finale against two others. Jaret, 26, is a telephone salesman and teacher in Rendon, Texas. Vanessa, 30, tends bar in Las Vegas while going to fashion school. Tonight, one wins an upper-crust New York life for a year.


OF NOTE

"Hysterical Blindness" (2002), 6 p.m., Lifetime. Uma Thurman and Juliette Lewis play friends in 1980s New Jersey who find that the grown-up years are tough.

"NCIS," 7 p.m., CBS. A sailor has been killed shortly before she could enter a bikini contest.

"Man, Moment, Machine" debut, 7 p.m., History Channel. This series catches the moments when people first used key inventions.

"Going Tribal" debut, 7 p.m., Discovery. If you think "Fear Factor" is rough, here's a visit to the Suri tribe in Ethiopia. Women expand their lips and scar their bodies with thorns. Men drink cow's blood and have brutal fights with sticks.
