GERTRUDE BATARA AURELLANO, 63, of Waipahu, died Aug. 8, 2005. Born in Ar-Arusip, Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Employed at Larry Jefts farm in Kunia. Survived by husband, Florencio; daughters, Rafaela Flores, Cleotilde, Joselyn Agamao and Rosemarie; sons, Edgar and Vic; mother, Vicenta Batara; 13 grandchildren. Visitation 6 to 9 p.m Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Mass 6:30 p.m. Burial in the Philippines at a later date. Casual attire.

GLORIA WADE BYARD, 81, of Kahuku, died Aug.14, 2005. Born in Santa Monica, Calif. A retired licensed practical nurse. WILLIAM A. "BILL" PANKONIN, 84, former head of Civilian Personnel Program at U.S. Pacific Command, Camp Smith, died Aug. 13, 2005. Born in Everett, Wash.
