Aloha Team!
Although we should've rooted for our Philly neighborhood team from Newtown, PA (15 minutes away)we are rooting for you. Why? well, as we'll be visiting on 9.2 for a few weeks again for our 12th time since 1991, our hearts are always full of Aloha for Hawaii. In fact, we hope to retire there. We're even members of the Hawaiian Railroad for years and not RR enthuists! In fact, we were there on Oahu last December for our 25th anniversary and back next Friday for a regular vacation. We are die hard (EAGLES) football fans pretty much and have no Keikes(?). However, with your entry, we had to 'vote' for you. I didn't even know Newtown was in it! Anyway, we'll be watching tonight. Good luck and hope to hear from you before the 2nd. Maholo, Mike.

My family is also from Oahu and that makes us even happier you are doing great. Hope you can be the first team from Hawaii to win it all. Baseball is a funny game and all you can do is just try your best. Your team has nothing more to prove. So just enjoy yourselves.

In the old days in Wahiawa, my dad coached our little league team, my older brother Raymond and my brother after me Manny all played for our dad. The local ohana way was present then and truly present in the West Oahu's quest for the title. All my Virginia friends comment on how the team is more professional then the real pros, my reply is always "that's the Hawaiian Local Style of up bringing". Win or lose the West Oahu team is numba 1 in my books. Go get um' boys, the locals no matter where we live are proud to da max of all of your accomplishments and Mahalo to the parents as well.
