Fashionista events sashaying into the season

It's the time of year for fashion events with some extra sparkle and flair. Here are a few:
1. "Urban Pacific" Market Bazaar. An alternative approach to holiday shopping and fashion shows, created to support local artists, designers and businesses.
When: There's an art show starting at 5 p.m. today during the First Friday Gallery Walk, with a sneak-peek fashion show at 10 p.m.
From noon-6 p.m. tomorrow, local fashion and jewelry designers will show and sell. The lineup:

2. Fashionista's Market. A holiday edition of the popular designer sample sale started by sisters Emi Hart and Alyssa Fung. Look here for heavily discounted items by 7 for All Mankind, Citizens for Humanity, C & C California, Versace and many others.
When: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. tomorrow and Sunday.
Where: Ocean Club, Restaurant Row.
Cost: $3 for those who RSVP online and $7 at the door.

3. Paul Frank Birthday Bash. Celebrating the 10th birthday of Julius, Paul Frank's iconic monkey, and featuring new and collector's items from the popular line for keiki and adults. Limited-edition items from the Andy Warhol collaboration line will be available.
When: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. tomorrow.
Where: Shasa Emporium, Kahala Mall.

4. SPARKLE! Holiday Fashion Show, with fashions by Kahala merchants such as Ann Taylor, Calista, Ohelo Road and Reyn's.
When: Noon-1 p.m. tomorrow.

5. A new ADASA Boutique opens, and the Swinging Sixties come to life in the new Kailua shop. Sputnik chandeliers and a space-age Sphere chair add to the ambiance. In addition to collections such as Juicy Couture, True Religion, James Perse, Me & Ro and Isabelle Fiore, the new boutique will have men's wear and an expanded selection of Bliss Skincare.
When: Daily 10 a.m.-8 p.m. through Christmas, then 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
