The Honolulu Marathon Expo is the place to do some serious stargazing this week with "Lost" stars Naveen Andrews and Evangeline Lilly, and Isle favorite Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa all stopping by to meet fans and sign autographs.

The Expo runs — ha, ha — tomorrow through Saturday at the Hawai'i Convention Center as a prelude to the marathon, which takes place Sunday.

Andrews, who earned an Emmy nomination for his role as Sayid on "Lost," will appear from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday. The media-shy Lilly (Kate) will make a fans-only appearance (no press will be allowed) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Tagawa, who plays The Baron in Rob Marshall's controversial new film "Memoirs of a Geisha," will appear from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Tagawa will sign and give away official "Memoirs of a Geisha" posters to the first 100 people in line each day.

The Honolulu-based actor returned from a screening of the film in Japan last week before flying off for this week's premiere in Los Angeles.

Andrews is also skipping off to the Mainland this week. He left yesterday for Las Vegas where he will be a presenter at the Billboard Music Awards tonight. He flies back tomorrow in time for back-to-back night shoots for "Lost."

If Wednesday nights weren't enough, we'll be seeing plenty of Andrews in the coming months. He plays an abusive husband in the upcoming film "Provoked," due out next year, and he's also finished work on the Hallmark TV miniseries "The 10 Commandments, which also features Dougray Scott and Omar Sharif. Andrews plays Menerith.

'NARNIA' THREADS

Three original costumes from the upcoming film "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" are on display at the new Barnes & Noble store at Ala Moana Center.

The window display will stay up through Dec. 19.

PIC PICKS

Pacific Islanders in Communications, a nonprofit organization that supports and develops Pacific-island media content, has awarded $15,000 in scholarships to six students with Pacific-island ties who are pursuing careers in film, video or new media.

Hotavia Gingerlei Porter (University of Hawai'i), Kevin Ka'ahanui (Menlo College) and Kapi'olani Lee (San Francisco State University) were each awarded $3,000 scholarships.

Tanya Oscar (Northern Marianas College), Angela Sablan (University of Nevada-Las Vegas), and Sophia Suda (Northern Marianas College) received $2,000 scholarships.
