Rainbow Wahine ousted in NCAA volleyball tourney

The University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team's season came to end today in a 30-26, 26-30, 30-27, 30-22 loss to Missouri in an NCAA Tournament Regional semifinal match at State College, Pa.

The Rainbow Wahine, ranked sixth nationally, finished 27-7. No. 8

Missouri (25-4) plays the winner of the late match between host Penn

State and Tennessee. The Rainbows' 21-game winning streak also came

to an end.

Jamie Houston led UH with 19 kills. Tara Hittle added 16.

The Tigers' Na Yang had a game-high 24 kills.
