Nativity pageants showcase an ethnic rainbow of keiki angels and shepherds. Troops coming home for the holidays are welcomed with lei as well as hugs. And Santa arrives in a canoe, not down the chimney.

At the same time, our Islands share the universal spirit of this season — love of family and friends, and generosity to those in need.
