KANE'OHE — Two "Lost" actresses were arraigned in Kane'ohe District Court this morning on charges of driving under the influence, stemming from arrests in November.

Michelle Rodriguez, who is being charged with driving under the influence as a second offense, pleaded not guilty. Her trial date is set for 9:30 a.m., March 30.

City Deputy Prosecutor Sean Sanada provided Rodriguez's attorney, Steve Barta, with courtesy copies of a motion to revoke Rodriguez's probation, which has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Rodriguez has been on probation in California since 2003 for several driving offenses, including a DUI in Los Angeles.

Cynthia Watros had her arraignment continued to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 12. At that time, Watros will be able to change her plea from not guilty to guilty if she chooses.

Neither Watros nor Rodriguez was in court this morning.
