Sports notices

With the start of a new year, The Advertiser will be clearing its list of sports notices and starting anew in 2006.

Organizations that have submitted on-going notices in the past will have to resubmit them for publication. Any notices that were sent prior to Dec. 29 also need to be resubmitted.

Preference is given to nonprofit organizations and special recreational events.

Participation fees and deadlines must be included.

Remember to include names, dates, deadlines, telephone contact numbers and fees. We will not publish notices that we cannot confirm by telephone.

Kaikamahine Girls Fastpitch Softball Club is looking for committed players to field a second travel team. Players must be born in 1989 or after. The player must not be affiliated or rostered on any other Hawai'i ASA team.
