Part of H-1 westbound will be closed tonight

The H-1 Freeway will be closed in the westbound direction between the Likelike off-ramp and the Middle Street overpass tonight and early tomorrow, the State Department of Transportation said today in a news release.The freeway will be closed at 9 p.m. and reopen tomorrow at 4:30 a.m. for installation of overhead signs.
Motorists were advised to take either Nimitz Highway or Dillingham Boulevard instead.
If the weather does not permit the sign work, the freeway will not be closed, the release said.
